Role Overview

This role offers a dynamic legal environment where you will:

• Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.

• Work on investment transactions, real estate matters, and financial services regulations.

• Provide legal research and advice on Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations.

• Develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts such as NDAs, Sales and Purchase Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, and Charter Party Agreements.

• Maintain high-quality communication with internal departments throughout negotiations.

• Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
