About the job
Manage financial and accounting activities and ensure adherence to the established financial policies, guidelines, adopted local and international standards, and relevant best practices. Harmonize financial operations, guide efforts towards financial stability. Support leadership and assess the financial performance of FAA as well as possible risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement well-defined processes, controls, and procedures of financial management, in alignment with the organizational needs and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Lead the organization’s budget processes and procedures, and coordinate with internal or external entities regarding procurement, fund requests, allocations, and expense forecasting.

• Draft budget utilization reports and identify discrepancy areas for further investigation and analysis.

• Develop, manage, and enforce general accounting principles and activities in an effective and efficient manner in line with relevant international accounting standards, local regulatory, best practices.

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the Authority, such as invoicing, and other related transactions.

• Oversee all cash management activities to ensure liquidity. Monitor and provide recommendations on processes and controls.

• VAT compliance

• GRP financial modules

• General Ledger (GL) and financial reporting

• Year-end closing and reporting

• Fixed assets management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field

• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Detail-oriented and analytical

• تطوير وتنفيذ عمليات واضحة، ورقابة وإجراءات لإدارة المالية، بما يتماشى مع احتياجات المنظمة والامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية.

• قيادة عمليات وإجراءات إعداد الميزانية في المنظمة، والتنسيق مع الكيانات الداخلية أو الخارجية فيما يتعلق بالشراء وطلبات الأموال، والتخصيصات، وتوقع النفقات.

المؤهلات

• درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• من 7 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.

• إتقان مجموعة برامج Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint، وما إلى ذلك).
