We're Hiring: Operations Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi
Full-time | Reporting to VP Operations
Immediate Start Preferred
Salary: Competitive (within budget range)

As we strengthen our leadership structure, we're seeking a capable Operations Manager to join our core team. You’ll work directly with the Vice President of Operations to oversee and run the daily business, ensuring service excellence and stability across all departments.

About the Role

This is a key position offering high responsibility and visibility. You’ll lead operational execution across our multidisciplinary service lines including:

Helideck & Aviation Services
Drone Inspection & Surveillance (onshore & offshore)
Rope Access & Maintenance
Hazardous Waste & Environmental Services
NORM Waste & Radiation Safety

You will be supported by dedicated department heads, but your role will be to align teams, drive efficiency, manage client expectations (especially ADNOC and drilling contractors), and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the business.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years experience in a similar role managing multi-service operations
Proven background working with ADNOC and/or drilling contractors
Strong understanding of business strategy, operations and HSE standards
Awareness of legal, HR and financial processes within UAE regulations
Preferably holds a BBA, MBA, or equivalent
Calm under pressure, with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
Trustworthy, proactive and able to operate with minimal supervision

Bonus if you have:

Experience in joint ventures and partnerships
Knowledge of ADNOC systems (SAP, Ariba, PTW (WMS), etc.)
Familiarity with regulatory bodies like FANR, Tadweer, GCAA, OSHAD
