Scuba Diving Instructor & Content Creator

- Deliver high-quality scuba diving instruction, guiding, and coaching to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Create engaging underwater and surface-level photo and video content for marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
- Manage and operate underwater camera equipment, ensuring high-quality footage that aligns with brand storytelling.
- Prioritize safety during all activities, promptly reporting and addressing any safety or quality concerns.

- Ensure all diving and media equipment is well-maintained, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador by capturing and sharing immersive underwater experiences to attract and engage audiences.
- Edit and produce digital content, collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online visibility.
- Engage with guests and divers to document their experiences and create memorable content.
- Perform the duties of a Dive Safety Attendant when required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management to support diving operations and content creation.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- PADI Scuba Instructor certification.
- Certification in BLSD, including the use of Oxygen.
- No open quality assurance cases with any diving training agency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in scuba diving and creating social media content, including underwater photography and videography.
