About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with deep expertise in AI, machine learning (ML), and data-driven technologies. The ideal candidate will drive strategic programs, ensuring smooth execution across engineering, data science, and product teams. This role requires a balance of technical acumen, program management skills, and leadership abilities to accelerate AI and data initiatives.

As a TPM, you will lead large-scale programs that drive the organization’s AI and data strategies, working cross-functionally to ensure efficient delivery from conception to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Execution:
  Lead AI/ML and data-driven programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps. You will be responsible for driving initiatives from strategy formulation through to successful execution.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, cloud architects, and product teams to ensure the smooth execution of AI/ML initiatives from research and development through to production deployment.

• Technical Oversight:
  Leverage your deep understanding of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and cloud-based architectures to make informed and impactful program decisions.

• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Oversee the full data lifecycle, ensuring high-quality data management, governance, and compliance with regional regulations such as ADGM, DIFC, and GDPR.

• Risk & Issue Management:
  Identify bottlenecks in AI model deployment, data ingestion, and integration workflows, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate and resolve issues to ensure smooth program execution.

• Agile & Scrum Leadership:
  Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming for AI and data teams using Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Regularly report to executive stakeholders on AI program impact, data insights, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.

• Strong background in program management, particularly in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale AI/ML and data-driven programs.

• In-depth technical knowledge of AI/ML models, data pipelines, and cloud architectures.
