Sr. Engineer, E&I
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Responsible for complete design, estimation, and proposal development of turnkey process packages involving produced water treatment, separation, and filtration.
- Extensive experience handling Produced Water Treatment packages in the Oil & Gas sector.
- Expertise in valve engineering, including Control Valves, On-Off Valves, and MOV, with knowledge of international standards.
- Proficiency in relief devices sizing & selection (PSV, TSV, PVSV & non-reclosing relief devices).
- Hands-on experience with field instruments, both inline and offline.
- Ability to work independently on design deliverables such as Hook-ups, Layouts, Cable Block Diagrams, and Bulk MTO.
- Experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA engineering.
- Strong background in multi-disciplinary support and project management.
- Prior experience working with major international clients like Shell, PDO, ADNOC, ARAMCO, Petronas, and ONGC, with knowledge of relevant standards.
- Coordination with vendors, EPCs, and end customers to ensure project completion within schedule, budget, and quality.
- Proficiency in using instrument engineering software such as SPI, AVEVA, and Sizing calculations.
- Familiarity with international standards such as Shell DP, API, and ASME.
- Attend FAT at vendor locations when required.
- Lead design, estimation, and proposal development for process packages and modular plants.
- Manage project quality, schedule, and deliverables while collaborating with sales, design, client, and project teams.
- Train engineers and designers while developing engineering practices to standardize processes and reduce cycle times.
- Client and vendor liaison, including meetings as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.

- مسؤول عن التصميم الكامل، والتقدير، وتطوير العروض لحزم العمليات المتكاملة لمعالجة المياه المنتجة، والفصل، والترشيح.
- خبرة واسعة في التعامل مع حزم معالجة المياه المنتجة في قطاع النفط والغاز.
- خبرة في هندسة الصمامات، بما في ذلك الصمامات التحكمية، وصمامات الفتح والإغلاق، والمحركات الكهربائية، مع معرفة بالمعايير الدولية.
- إتقان اختيار وتحديد أحجام أجهزة تخفيف الضغط (PSV, TSV, PVSV) والأجهزة غير القابلة لإعادة الإغلاق.
- خبرة عملية في الأجهزة الميدانية، سواء كانت متصلة بالأنابيب أو غير متصلة.

- التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين والعملاء النهائيين لضمان اكتمال المشروع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المحددة وبالجودة المطلوبة.
- إجادة استخدام برامج هندسة الأجهزة مثل SPI و AVEVA وحسابات القياس.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الدولية مثل Shell DP وAPI وASME.
- حضور اختبارات القبول في مواقع الموردين عند الحاجة.
- قيادة التصميم والتقدير وتطوير العروض لحزم العمليات والحلول الهندسية والمصانع النمطية.
- إدارة جودة المشروع وجدوله الزمني ومخرجاته، والتعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتصميم والعملاء والمشروعات.
- تدريب المهندسين والمصممين وتطوير ممارسات الهندسة لضمان التوحيد القياسي وتقليل أوقات الدورة.
- التواصل مع العملاء والموردين، وحضور الاجتماعات حسب الحاجة.
- تنفيذ مهام إضافية عند الحاجة.
