ATOM INSPECTIONS is seeking a skilled MEP Building Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai! If you have experience in MEP systems and building inspections, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys to assess MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Prepare reports on MEP system conditions and compliance.
Review plans and specifications to ensure safety and regulatory standards.
Recommend improvements or repairs for building systems.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.

Required Qualifications:

Degree in MEP Engineering.
Professional certifications (RICS, CIBSE, or equivalent).
Experience in MEP surveying or building services.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in surveying tools and software.
Minimum 4 years of experience recommended.

تبحث ATOM INSPECTIONS عن مسّاح مباني متخصص في أنظمة MEP للانضمام إلى فريقنا المتنامي في دبي! إذا كنت تمتلك خبرة في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية والتكييف (HVAC) والكهرباء والسباكة، فنحن نرغب في التواصل معك!

المهام الوظيفية:

إجراء مسوحات ميدانية لتقييم أنظمة MEP (التدفئة والتهوية والتكييف، الكهرباء، السباكة).
إعداد تقارير عن حالة أنظمة MEP والامتثال التنظيمي.
مراجعة المخططات والمواصفات لضمان معايير السلامة واللوائح.
تقديم توصيات للتحسينات أو الإصلاحات المطلوبة.
التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين والمقاولين.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة علمية في هندسة MEP.
شهادات مهنية (مثل RICS أو CIBSE أو ما يعادلها).
خبرة في مسح أنظمة MEP أو خدمات المباني.
معرفة قوية بكودات البناء واللوائح المحلية.
إتقان أدوات وبرامج المسح الهندسي.
يفضّل خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.
