Project Manager – Lead and Manage Projects with Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and direct project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage risks, coordinate various stakeholders, and handle all aspects of project administration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct project teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Monitor and manage risks associated with the projects.

• Coordinate and interface with the employer, engineers, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and other concerned parties within Al Abbar’s scope of work.

• Advise the company on appropriate measures required for successful management, administration, and completion according to the contract's terms and conditions.

• Ensure all contractual notices are submitted on time and administered correctly.

• Coordinate commercial issues between head office and the client, including timely submission of Payment Applications.

• Liaise with engineers, design teams, and other relevant departments for the approval of design drawings, materials, methods statements, procurement schedules, etc.

• Ensure that all variations or deviations are communicated, documented, and confirmed by the client or main contractor as per the contractual terms, ensuring all dues are collected on time.

• Organize efficient manpower with site management, implement the approved scope of work, including installations, and submit periodical claims and payments as per the contract.
