 Landscape Draftsman

Responsibilities:

- Create detailed landscape drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.

- Collaborate with landscape architects and designers to develop design concepts.

- Prepare and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

- Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and regulations.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.

- Meet project deadlines and manage time effectively.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in landscape design.

- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

- Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Drafting, or a related field is preferred.

Commercial Lead

 Responsibilities:

Oversee contract management, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and legal requirements for landscaping and construction projects.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services for both hardscape and softscape elements.

Lead supplier and subcontractor negotiations to optimize pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.

Conduct risk assessments and provide mitigation strategies for commercial and contractual challenges.

Work closely with project teams, finance, and legal departments to ensure contract compliance and procurement efficiency.

Monitor market trends, identify new suppliers, and develop long-term relationships with key vendors.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Handle commercial disputes, claims, and variations effectively while protecting the company’s interests.

 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, specifically in contracts and procurement within the landscaping and construction industries.

Proficiency in procurement and contract management software.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

BIM Modeler - MEP

   

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed MEP BIM models in Revit for landscape and outdoor infrastructure, including irrigation, drainage, lighting, and water features.

Coordinate MEP designs with landscape architects, civil engineers, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration with outdoor spaces.

Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts using Navisworks.

Implement BIM standards (ISO 19650), LOD requirements, and project-specific protocols for accurate documentation.

Prepare MEP shop drawings, schedules, and quantity take-offs for landscape projects.

Collaborate with the project team to optimize sustainable and energy-efficient outdoor MEP systems.

Maintain BIM data integrity and model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist in RFI responses, technical reviews, and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.

 

 Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.

3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler (MEP) in landscape, infrastructure, or construction projects.

Proficiency in Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM 360.

Experience in modelling irrigation, lighting, drainage, and fountain/water feature MEP systems.

Strong understanding of UAE building codes, and municipality requirements.

Ability to manage and coordinate BIM workflows effectively within multi-disciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
