المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استقطاب المرشحين: استخدام استراتيجيات ومنصات متنوعة لجذب أفضل المواهب في قطاع الفضاء وتصنيع الأقمار الصناعية.
- بناء العلاقات: إنشاء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع المرشحين المحتملين وتعريفهم برؤية Loft Orbital لجذب المواهب.
- التعاون مع مديري التوظيف: فهم احتياجات التوظيف وتطوير استراتيجيات التوظيف وضمان عملية مقابلات سلسة.
- مراجعة الطلبات: تقييم السير الذاتية والملفات الشخصية للمرشحين وتحديد مدى تطابقهم مع الوظائف التقنية المختلفة.
- إدارة نظام تتبع المتقدمين (ATS): تحديث قاعدة بيانات المرشحين في النظام (Lever) لضمان دقة البيانات.
- إجراء المقابلات: تنفيذ مقابلات أولية عبر الهاتف وتنسيق مقابلات إضافية مع الفرق المختصة.
- تجربة المرشحين: الحفاظ على تواصل واضح ومتسق مع المرشحين لضمان تجربة مميزة تتماشى مع ثقافة الشركة.
- إعداد التقارير: تقديم تقارير أسبوعية عن حالة عمليات التوظيف وأداء قنوات استقطاب المواهب.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة سابقة في التوظيف وعمليات الموارد البشرية، ويفضل في قطاع الفضاء أو التكنولوجيا.
- مهارات قوية في استخدام أنظمة تتبع المتقدمين وإدارة بيانات المرشحين.
- قدرة عالية على بناء العلاقات وإدارة عمليات التوظيف بكفاءة.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source Candidates: Identify and engage top talent in the aerospace and satellite manufacturing sectors using various strategies and platforms.
- Build Relationships: Establish long-term relationships with passive candidates while effectively communicating Loft Orbital’s vision.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless interview process.
- Screen Applications: Review CVs and candidate profiles to assess qualifications for various technical roles.
- Manage ATS: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with internal teams.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment process.
- Reporting: Provide weekly updates on recruitment pipeline and job requisitions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment and people operations, preferably in the space or technology sector.
- Strong skills in using applicant tracking systems and managing candidate data.
- Excellent relationship-building and recruitment process management skills.
