Emarat Associate Program has been designed to build upon your professional skills and empower you with necessary tools for long-term success. Over your learning journey, we will provide you with an ongoing program of planned on-the-job trainings, including access to industry experts and structured development experiences alongside on-the-job experience.
As part of the Associate Program, you will:
- Receive a bespoke career development plan after completing probation.
- Be assigned clearly defined and progressive accountabilities.
- Be provided with technical training as required for future position.

نبذة عن الوظيفة:
تم تصميم برنامج الزمالة في إمارات لتطوير مهاراتك المهنية وتمكينك من الأدوات اللازمة لتحقيق النجاح على المدى الطويل. خلال رحلة تعلمك، سنوفر لك برنامجًا مستمرًا من التدريبات العملية المخططة، بما في ذلك الوصول إلى الخبراء في الصناعة وتجارب التطوير المنهجية إلى جانب الخبرة العملية.
كجزء من برنامج الزمالة، ستقوم بـ:
- تلقي خطة تطوير مهنية مخصصة بعد إتمام فترة التجربة.
- تخصيص مسؤوليات واضحة ومتزايدة.
- تلقي تدريب تقني حسب الحاجة للمنصب المستقبلي.
المهارات المطلوبة:

- العمل الجماعي
المؤهلات:
- التخرج مؤخرًا بمعدل تراكمي 3.5 أو أكثر.
