 Skills and Qualifications:

 Experience in the hotel industry, particularly procurement, purchasing, housekeeping, or administration departments or even as Sales Coordinators

Strong research and data collection skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Persuasive and persistent approach to information gathering


Ability to bypass gatekeepers and obtain necessary information from key decision-makers

Proficiency in database management and data entry

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Arabic language skills would be an added advantage

Familiarity with the GCC hospitality market is preferred



    Office Assistant | Freelance

     

     Roles & Responsibilities:

     Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office 
    Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and furniture 
    Making and serving tea and coffee to guests and managers 
    Prepare a list for stationary 
    Change printer cartridges 
    Assist in board rooms to set up projector and laptop 
    Filing documents as per the department requirement 
    Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails
    Delivering facsimiles and transmitting them 


    Laminating and binding documents as per requests 
    Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties
    Keep the kitchen, washroom and station works neat and clean 
    Visit banks for deposit checks and encashment for accounts department
    Delivery or pickup of the tenders or other documents
    Order kitchen and cleanliness supplies for the office
    Monitor and inform his supervisor for the pest control and carpet cleaning 
    Perform other related duties as required





    Business Development Executive | New Sales


    Key Responsibilities:


    Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand Ventures Onsites market presence. Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients and partners.
    Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas. Use insights to guide business development strategies.
    Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure support for business development efforts.
    Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.


    Qualifications:


    Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
    Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
    Technology: Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools. Familiarity with project management and industry-specific software is advantageous.

       الأدوار والمسؤوليات:

       مراقبة استخدام المعدات والمستلزمات داخل المكتب 
      الحفاظ على نظافة المعدات والأثاث المكتبي 
      إعداد وتقديم الشاي والقهوة للضيوف والمديرين 
      إعداد قائمة بالمستلزمات الثابتة 
      تغيير خراطيش الطابعة 
      المساعدة في غرف الاجتماعات لإعداد جهاز العرض والكمبيوتر المحمول 
      تقديم المستندات حسب متطلبات القسم 
      جمع وتوزيع البريد أو الطرود بين الموظفين وفتح رسائل البريد الإلكتروني وفرزها
      تسليم النسخ وإرسالها 


      تغليف وتجليد المستندات حسب الطلب 
      مساعدة موظف الاستقبال أو السكرتيرات أو المساعدين الإداريين الآخرين في أداء واجباتهم
      حافظ على المطبخ والحمام وأعمال المحطة مرتبة ونظيفة 
      زيارة البنوك لإيداع الشيكات وصرفها لقسم الحسابات

      تطوير الأعمال: تحديد الفرص الجديدة ومتابعتها لتوسيع حضور Ventures Onsites في السوق. تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لاستهداف العملاء والشركاء المحتملين.
      تحليل السوق: إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد اتجاهات الصناعة وأنشطة المنافسين ومجالات النمو المحتملة. استخدام الرؤى لتوجيه استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال.
      استراتيجية المبيعات: تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق أهداف الإيرادات ودفع النمو. إعداد وتقديم العروض التقديمية والمقترحات المقنعة.
      التعاون: العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الداخلية، بما في ذلك فرق التسويق وتطوير المنتجات وخدمة العملاء، لضمان دعم جهود تطوير الأعمال.
      إعداد التقارير: تتبع أنشطة تطوير الأعمال وأداء المبيعات واتجاهات السوق وإعداد التقارير عنها. تقديم تحديثات ورؤى منتظمة للإدارة العليا.


      المؤهلات:


      الخبرة: ما لا يقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال تطوير الأعمال، أو المبيعات، أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك ضمن قطاع البناء أو البنية التحتية.
      المهارات: مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتواصل، مع سجل حافل في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات ودفع نمو الأعمال.
      المعرفة: فهم عميق لاتجاهات السوق والمنافسة واحتياجات العملاء في قطاعي البناء والبنية التحتية.
      التكنولوجيا: إتقان برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء وأدوات الأعمال الأخرى. ومن المزايا معرفة إدارة المشاريع والبرامج المتخصصة في الصناعة.
