Join the ADIC Graduate Training Program, designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience needed to excel in the world of finance. Program Overview
Starting in 2025, this full-time program provides recent graduates with in-depth training, mentorship, and practical experience across various investment functions. Participants will engage in dynamic projects, collaborate with peers, and develop the expertise needed to join one of our investment teams.

What You’ll Work On

Conducting financial analysis and market research.
Developing and implementing investment strategies.
Assisting in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities.
Supporting asset management initiatives to optimize investment performance.
Participating in divestment processes and portfolio analysis.
Engaging in risk assessment and management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investment decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

Eligibility Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical fields.
Must have graduated and be available to start in June 2025.
Recent graduates (2023 or later).
Preferably, candidates will have completed an internship within the finance industry.

Required Knowledge & Skills

Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
High aptitude for numerical analysis.
Proficiency in Excel.
Understanding of financial markets.
