About the Role

- Working on Basic, FEED, or detailed engineering design complied with project requirements.
- Deliver engineering services that meet T.EN’s standards and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
- Assist senior engineers with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports.
- Communicates effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders.
- Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow-up of the orders.
- Adheres to the committed man/hours and budget.
- Ensures timely reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the Lead Discipline Engineer.
- Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
- Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Assist in coordinating the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Ensure the recruitment tracker is updated with the required details.
Mobilization:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions for all new mobilizations.

Employee Engagement:

Field Engineer
About the job
Job scope (budget, management, specific criteria):
Lead Civil Engineer – Minimum ten (10) years of experience in design and construction, with at least 7 years in civil major works. Graduate from an accredited university. Strong knowledge of Conceptual Design, FEED and Detailed Engineering of Civil scope in projects. Experience in foundations, marinas, and GBS - gravity base structures - engineering. Experience in analysis and design for large projects.
The Lead Civil Engineer’s main responsibilities are:
- Review Customer technical requirements and ensure these are incorporated in EPC Contractors' project-related specifications and design drawings.
- These include collection and interpretation of engineering data, development of project design basis, development of specifications, and performance of engineering activities. Engineering Reports are often a work product.
- Review and/or development of project deliverables including:
- CSA procedures
- Technical specifications
- Conceptual design
- Geotechnical Reports
- Onshore Structural Steelwork
- Foundation and building/structural designs
- Underground layouts and pipework
- Preparation of cost estimate input.
- Coordinating Civil related issues with the other disciplines.
- Ensuring overall quality of the Civil design by performing regular reviews.
- Participating in formal 3D plant model reviews.
- Applies knowledge/skills to a range of activities, acts as a technical resource to others in own area and to colleagues with less experience.
- Understanding customer needs and identifies solutions to nonstandard requests.
Qualifications and Experience
- The Lead Discipline should have 10 years post-graduate experience in the stated discipline, at least 7 of which must have been in the relevant industry on projects relevant to the type of projects being supported by this agreement, and with demonstrable ability to operate at the level defined.
