Graphic Design Assistant
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for various design needs, including:
- Product illustrations
- Advertising materials
- Flyers, brochures, and magazines
- Websites and digital content
- Interpret the brand and marketing needs of Sharjah Coop to drive sales and revenue.
- Use text and images to effectively communicate ideas and information.
- Collaboratewith internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and design requirements.
- Prepare professional, attractive, and impactful designs using the latest design software.
- Develop mock-ups and draft designs based on approved briefs for feedback and approval.
- Maintain a well-organized archive of all designs for easy retrieval when needed.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools by attending workshops, events, and exhibitions.
- Perform additional tasksas assigned by the manager.
Call Center Agent
Job Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide information about Sharjah Co-op's products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Take orders, analyze customer issues, and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and gather survey data.

- الرد على استفسارات العملاء بطريقة مهنية وفعالة.
- استقبال الطلبات، تحليل مشاكل العملاء، والتعامل مع الشكاوى لضمان رضا العملاء.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية
- المساعدة في إنشاء وتطوير المفاهيم والرسومات والتصميمات لمختلف الأغراض، بما في ذلك:
- الرسوم التوضيحية للمنتجات
- الإعلانات الترويجية
- الكتيبات، المجلات، والمطبوعات
- المواقع الإلكترونية والمحتوى الرقمي
- فهم احتياجات العلامة التجارية والتسويق الخاصة بـ تعاونية الشارقة لتعزيز المبيعات والإيرادات.
- استخدام النصوص والصور لإيصال الأفكار والمعلومات بشكل فعال.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لمناقشة متطلبات وأهداف التصاميم المطلوبة.
- إعداد تصميمات احترافية وجذابة ومؤثرة باستخدام أحدث برامج التصميم.
- تطوير نماذج وتصميمات أولية بناءً على المواصفات المعتمدة للحصول على الموافقة.
- تنظيم وأرشفة جميع التصميمات بشكل مناسب لضمان سهولة الوصول إليها عند الحاجة.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات والأدوات في مجال التصميم من خلال حضور الورش، الفعاليات،والمعارض.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفها من قبل المدير.
