About the Job
We are looking for a highly motivated Sourcing Executive to manage procurement and supplier relationships specifically for private label products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing private label suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring product quality, and optimizing cost efficiencies while handling client needs and fulfilling their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for private label products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to private label requirements and market demands.
- Handle client requests, understand their needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of their product requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to maintain profitability and quality standards.
- Conduct market research to track emerging trends, competitor products, and sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and sales teams to develop exclusive private label products.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
- Handle purchase orders, invoicing, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- Optimize inventory management by aligning sourcing strategies with demand forecasts.
- Ensure all private label products meet regulatory and branding requirements.
- Prepare reports on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in private labels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
- Experience with private label product development and sourcing processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of quality control standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers and projects.

المؤهلات والخبرة
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التوريد أو المشتريات أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، ويفضل في العلامات التجارية الخاصة.
- مهارات تفاوض قوية، وفعالية في التواصل، وإدارة الموردين.
- خبرة في تطوير منتجات العلامات التجارية الخاصة وعمليات التوريد.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة ERP وحزمة Microsoft Office.
