Job Details
The SMS Manager will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Abu Dhabi Aviation's Safety Management System. Acting as the Deputy to the Safety Director, this role involves maintaining strong relationships with Regulatory Authorities and Customers while ensuring compliance with international safety standards.
Requirements
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in the aviation industry
✔ At least 5 years in an aviation safety-related role (or 3 years in a regulatory post-holder position)
✔ 3+ years managing aviation personnel
✔ 3+ years using an SMS platform with administrator rights (SMS Pro, Air Maestro, or similar)
✔ Experience in Safety Management for Rotary Wing Aircraft following IOGP standards
✔ ICAO-recognized Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence or Air Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL)
✔ Certified training in Aviation Safety Management System
✔ Lead Auditor and Safety Investigator qualifications
✔ Strong skills in Safety Investigation and report writing
✔ Deep understanding of Change Management principles
✔ Ability to work with internal teams, senior management, and regulatory bodies
✔ Strategic planning, problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive safety initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
✔ Advanced experience with SMS Pro
✔ Previous experience as a safety post-holder
✔ Expertise in technical manual writing
✔ Degree in Aviation Safety Management

التفاصيل
سيتولى مدير نظام إدارة السلامة مسؤولية تنفيذ وتحسين نظام إدارة السلامة في طيران أبوظبي. كما سيكون نائبًا لمدير السلامة في جميع القضايا المتعلقة بالسلامة، وسيساهم في بناء علاقات قوية مع الهيئات التنظيمية والعملاء لضمان الامتثال للمعايير الدولية.
الشروط
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة الطيران
✔ خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور متعلق بالسلامة الجوية (أو 3 سنوات في منصب تنظيمي)
✔ خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في إدارة فرق العمل في مجال الطيران
✔ خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في استخدام منصة SMS مع صلاحيات إدارية (مثل SMS Pro أو Air Maestro)
✔ خبرة في إدارة السلامة للطائرات ذات الأجنحة الدوارة وفقًا لمعايير IOGP
✔ رخصة معتمدة من الإيكاو في هندسة صيانة الطائرات أو رخصة طيار نقل جوي (ATPL)
✔ تدريب معتمد في نظام إدارة السلامة الجوية
✔ مؤهلات مدقق رئيسي ومحقق سلامة
✔ مهارات قوية في التحقيقات المتعلقة بالسلامة وإعداد التقارير ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد
✔ معرفة عميقة بمبادئ إدارة التغيير
✔ القدرة على التعامل مع الإدارات الداخلية والإدارة العليا والهيئات التنظيمية
✔ مهارات التخطيط الاستراتيجي وحل المشكلات والقيادة لتعزيز مبادرات السلامة
المؤهلات المفضلة
✔ خبرة متقدمة في استخدام SMS Pro
✔ خبرة سابقة كمسؤول سلامة
✔ خبرة في كتابة الأدلة الفنية
✔ درجة علمية في إدارة سلامة الطيران
