Manager, Portfolio Management Europe
Job Purpose: To manage completed renewable assets that have been transferred to the asset management function by managing the financial models, improving operations & financing conditions where applicable, and identifying & mitigating the associated risks to ensure optimization of asset value and return to Masdar.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the assigned assets proactively from a financial and commercial perspective to optimize value and returns.
- Monitor and control the performance of the assigned assets and report to senior management accordingly.

الغرض من الوظيفة: إدارة محفظة الأصول التشغيلية للطاقة النظيفة المعينة ضمن منصة أوروبا لتحقيق الحالات التجارية وزيادة القيمة من خلال الهندسة المالية، والتحسينات التشغيلية، وإدارة العلاقات، والخروج الاستراتيجي، مع ممارسة الحوكمة من الدرجة الأولى والامتثال لاحتياجات التقارير.
المؤهلات
المؤهلات المفضلة:
- ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال أو درجة ماجستير ذات صلة من مؤسسة تعليمية معترف بها دوليًا.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
الخبرة المفضلة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-5 سنوات في أدوار قيادية في مجال الطاقة والطاقة المتجددة، الاستثمار المصرفي، وإدارة الأصول/عمليات المحفظة في بيئة استثمارية للطاقة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في إعداد وتنفيذ أطر عمل وإجراءات الرقابة المالية والتشغيلية في بيئة إدارة المحفظة.
- خبرة في المرافق العامة، أو مشاريع الطاقة المستقلة (IPPs) أو الأسهم الخاصة.
- خبرة في المنطقة المعينة مطلوبة.
- خبرة في استثمارات الطاقة المتجددة/البنية التحتية وتطوير الأعمال.
