Maintenance Engineer
About the Job
Landmark Group Egypt is hiring a Maintenance Engineer. The Maintenance Engineer will provide oversight, guidance, and direction to a cross-functional team of Facilities Maintenance Technicians, including those working in Painting, Carpentry, and Process Areas on shift. The goal is to safely and effectively operate equipment and building systems. The role ensures the provision of timely, high-quality, and efficient maintenance services for stores, offices, and warehouses within their scope.
Main Responsibilities:
- Forecast annual maintenance requirements for stores, offices, and warehouses, and formulate action plans for the implementation of services, maintenance, and repairs without interrupting daily operations.
- Determine maintenance needs for new openings and existing stores and provide sufficient support to maintain operations.
- Collaborate with project and property teams to ensure smooth operations through remodels and new store handovers.
- Oversee short and long-term financial and operational plans to support overall company objectives, monitoring performance, products, and service quality.
- Prepare annual budget projections for services, maintenance, and repairs, including materials, manpower allocation, and related costs.
- Be responsible for the spare parts warehouse and make accurate maintenance spare parts orders needed for daily business operations at stores.
- Support in building an appropriate department structure with an annual manpower plan to determine the number of staff needed to support maintenance, service, and repair demands.
- Ensure that all services contracted or subcontracted to third-party providers are fully utilized against service coverage and warranty periods.
Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Design and develop automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
