Job Objective:

- Performs NDT (LPI & MPI) on new and used drill stem components and generate reports in accordance with Baker Hughes standards (Inspection Procedures & Technical Publications) and Industry Standards. Dimensional checks on API rotary shoulder connections and drill stem bodies as per NS2 & DSl specifications.

موقع مفتش الأدوات/الأنابيب غير التدميرية – أبو ظبي
الهدف الوظيفي:
مساعدة ودعم قسم العمليات في نطاق عمل NDT المحدد.
المساعدة والدعم في الحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة داخل قسم الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في SSI.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- يقوم بإجراء اختبارات غير تدميرية (LPI وMPI) على مكونات جذع الحفر الجديدة والمستعملة وإنشاء التقارير وفقًا لمعايير Baker Hughes (إجراءات التفتيش والمنشورات الفنية) ومعايير الصناعة.
- الفحوصات الأبعادية لوصلات الكتف الدوارة API وأجسام جذع الحفر وفقًا لمواصفات NS2 وDSl.
- تنفيذ عمليات فحص الأبعاد الكاملة لمراقبة الجودة بالتعاون مع مطبوعات بيكر هيوز الفنية على معدات الحفر / محركات الحفر في الأقسام المختلفة.
- إنشاء المستندات اللازمة لمعالجة المعدات لتلبية احتياجات الصيانة المستمرة.
- تأكد من تنفيذ أنشطة التفتيش باستخدام معدات تم صيانتها ومعايرةها بشكل جيد.
- الحفاظ على النظافة والنظام في منطقة العمل وكفاءة التطبيق والتقاط والتخلص من جميع سوائل الفحص غير المدمر المستهلكة.
- المشاركة في تنظيف المعدات قبل/بعد التفتيش والحفاظ على النظافة والنظام في منطقة العمل.
- الالتزام بجميع متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في موقع Baker Hughes.
- فحص المعدات العملية قبل العمل وتسجيلها.
- الاستمرار في تطوير المعرفة والمهارات تحت إشراف مفتش مراقبة الجودة الرئيسي أو مفتش رئيسي.

- يجب أن يكون لدى المرشحين خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في معدات الضغط العالي والصمامات ومانع الانفجار (BOP) ورؤوس البئر وما إلى ذلك.
- من الأفضل أن يكون المرشحون الذين عملوا مع شركة دلتا، الدوحة (قطر) في الماضي ويتواجدون حاليًا في الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو قد لا يكونون موظفين.
الهدف الوظيفي:

المسؤوليات/الواجبات الرئيسية:

- الهدف المستمر هو تقليل أوقات الدورة وتحسين الكفاءة
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف

المعرفة المتخصصة:
- معرفة إجراءات التجميع والتعامل مع المعدات.
- العمل على الرسومات الهندسية
- العمل وفقًا لمعايير الصحة والسلامة
القدرات والمهارات:
- القدرة على قراءة الرسومات الهندسية
خبرة:
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في ممارسات الورشة
- الخبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز - مفضلة ولكنها ليست ضرورية
المؤهلات الأكاديمية:
- مؤهل ثانوية عامة معترف به
- شهادة التدريب التجاري - مفضلة ولكنها ليست ضرورية
