Civil Engineer
About the job:
Role Overview: As a Civil Engineer or Foreman specializing in swimming pool construction, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing swimming pool projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires hands-on experience in pool construction, site management, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the construction of swimming pool projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to implement project plans and designs.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Monitor progress on-site, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship to maintain the highest level of construction standards.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool construction (For both Engineer and Foreman positions).
- Strong understanding of swimming pool designs, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

نظرة عامة على الدور: كمهندس مدني أو مشرف متخصص في بناء حمامات السباحة، ستلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في الإشراف وتنفيذ مشاريع حمامات السباحة من البداية إلى النهاية. ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية ووفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة. يتطلب هذا المنصب خبرة عملية في بناء حمامات السباحة وإدارة المواقع وقيادة الفرق بشكل فعال.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على إدارة مشاريع بناء حمامات السباحة، وضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح والمعايير الصناعية.
- التعاون مع المهندسين المعماريين والمصممين والمهندسين الآخرين لتنفيذ خطط وتصاميم المشاريع.
