About The Role
We are expanding our Transport Planning teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for a Transport Planner to assist with the delivery of projects across the Middle East region from either of these two locations.
Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Be the main point of contact for clients, addressing all needs and queries
- Manage project finances and budgeting
- Oversee sub-consultants
- Handle contract management and ensure invoices are issued in compliance with agreed terms
- Manage junior team members, conduct team resourcing meetings, ensure projects are properly resourced, and ensure team members are sufficiently occupied
- Mentor and train other team members
- Review the work of others on project deliverables, regularly monitoring progress
- Assume project leader role on medium-sized projects and assist project leaders on larger projects
- Identify opportunities, create follow-up work, and develop proposals
Candidate Specifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline; a Master’s in Transport Planning or Engineering would be advantageous
- Prior experience as a Transport Planner in transport planning, modelling, or engineering within the UAE
- Membership to a relevant and recognized professional institution would be a distinct advantage

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide line management and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the team's work is reviewed regularly before submission.
- Assist in the preparation of technical and financial bids and engage in business development activities.
- Take on the role of Project Manager for small projects or Transport Lead for medium-sized projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing needs and queries related to assigned projects.
- Manage project finances, including invoicing and contract/commercial management, tracking project progress and budget to ensure commercial success.

About The Role
Our Land Development team is expanding in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, following the award of new projects. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage our growing portfolio of Land Development work, providing master planning, design, and project management support.
Key responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the design management of planning projects for large-scale land development, from pre-concept master planning to detailed master plans.
- Collaborate with technical teams to meet client requirements, obtain authority approvals, and manage local authority stakeholders.
- Prepare work schedules to convert project objectives into detailed plans, ensuring adherence to client requirements.
- Lead the monitoring process to ensure output is in line with agreed specifications.
- Contribute to the development of master planning design, including managing master planning sub-consultants.
- Lead the development of master planning deliverables, including development control regulations, data submissions in GIS, and urban planning and design guidelines.
Candidate Specifications:
- Extensive years of experience in executing land development/master planning projects; experience in the UAE is a must.
- Continuously seek innovations and improvements to manage workload and accomplish deliverables across individuals, teams, and projects.

About The Role
We are hiring for our Oil and Gas team based in Dubai, and we currently have an open position for a Loss Prevention Engineer.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Must have experience with fire fighting designs, based on NFPA standards, for Oil Storage Terminals.
- Responsible for undertaking conceptual, front-end, and detailed process engineering design and reviews for firewater and foam networks.
- Perform Liquid Steady State and Transient (Surge) Flow Analysis.
- Generate and review design documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, and input to layouts.
- Prepare Equipment List, Process Datasheets, Basis of Design, Control & Operating Philosophies, Feasibility Reports, Tie-in List, and Line List.
- Design firefighting systems, including PFDs, P&IDs, firewater and foam demand calculations, hydraulics, and datasheets. Familiarity with NFPA 30 is required.
- Knowledge of the UAE Life and Safety Code is essential.
- Provide process inputs to other engineering disciplines.
- Attend and review Safety Studies, including but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP, and SIL, and close out reports.
- Develop conceptual schemes and studies.
- Be familiar with Instrumentation and Control Systems.
Candidate Specification
- Prepare studies, reports, calculations, and drawings to support other disciplines in the preparation of their deliverables.
- B.E/B.Tech degree with extensive experience in Tank Terminals for Oil/Petrochemical Storage.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with other engineering disciplines and clients.
- A team player capable of working with, managing, and motivating others to consistently deliver results.
- Willingness to contribute to and develop technical knowledge networks.
