Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (Profit & Loss, balance sheets, cash flow statements).
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments for various real estate projects.
- Lead annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
