Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with Grid Software objectives to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, offering strategic insights and acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives.
- Analyze market trends and industry insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance Grid Software offerings, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline operational efficiencies.
Account and Service Management
- Collaborate with other functions to establish and maintain strategic account plans, aligning them with customer goals and organizational priorities.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for key accounts, managing relationships to achieve mutual business success.
- Oversee the delivery of complex projects and services, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, addressing risks and opportunities to keep projects aligned with strategic objectives.
Operational Excellence
- Drive operational rigor in forecasting, financial management, and service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with standards, governance, and quality across all service engagements.

- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين، وتقديم رؤى استراتيجية والعمل كمستشار موثوق للمديرين التنفيذيين.
- تحليل اتجاهات السوق وأفكار الصناعة لدعم اتخاذ القرارات وتحديد فرص النمو.
- قيادة التعاون عبر الأقسام لتحسين عروض Grid Software، وتعزيز رضا العملاء، وتحقيق الكفاءة التشغيلية.
إدارة الحسابات والخدمات
- التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لإنشاء والحفاظ على خطط الحسابات الاستراتيجية، بما يتماشى مع أهداف العملاء وأولويات المنظمة.
- العمل كنقطة تصعيد رئيسية للحسابات الرئيسية، وإدارة العلاقات لتحقيق نجاح تجاري مشترك.
