Are you looking for a challenging role that combines supply chain management, aircraft maintenance, and customer service excellence? As a Store Coordinator at EFTA, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of supply chain activities for both aircraft and non-aircraft parts, tooling, and equipment, contributing directly to our maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Store Coordinator at EFTA, your main responsibilities will include:
- Reporting hazards and managing risks to ensure customer-oriented, timely, and cost-effective service delivery.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge in mandatory training, such as safety management and aviation security courses.
- Qualifying as a goods receiving inspector and managing the receipt of items from vendors or quarantine, rectifying non-conforming items when necessary.
- Issuing tools and spares to meet maintenance requirements.
- Ensuring unserviceable items are sent for repair or overhaul, managing rotable asset repair processes.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly store while reporting facility defects and monitoring repairs.
- Using maintenance information systems and Microsoft Office to manage and communicate supply chain operations effectively.
- Reporting stock levels and supplier performance to customers and management.
- Collaborating with maintenance management to source necessary parts and consumables.
- Liaising with vendors to arrange services, repairs, and warranty claims.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations in an engineering, materials, and stores environment.
- At least 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualifications.
- Supervisory experience in stock and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of store-keeping procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to recognize and identify various parts, materials, and tools used in aircraft maintenance.
- Familiarity with Oracle and Maintenance Management Systems.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
كمنسق متجر في EFTA، ستكون مسؤولًا عن:
- الإبلاغ عن المخاطر وإدارة المخاطر لضمان تقديم خدمة موجهة للعملاء وفي الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة من حيث التكلفة.

- إصدار الأدوات والقطع التكميلية لتلبية احتياجات الصيانة.
- ضمان إرسال العناصر غير الصالحة إلى الإصلاح أو إعادة البناء، وإدارة عملية إصلاح الأصول القابلة للاستبدال.
- الحفاظ على متجر نظيف ومنظم مع الإبلاغ عن العيوب في المرافق ومراقبة الإصلاحات.
- استخدام أنظمة معلومات الصيانة وبرامج Microsoft Office لإدارة العمليات وتبادل المعلومات بكفاءة.
- الإبلاغ عن مستويات المخزون وأداء الموردين للعملاء والإدارة.
- التعاون مع إدارة الصيانة لتوفير الأجزاء والقطع الاستهلاكية المطلوبة.
- التواصل مع الموردين لترتيب الخدمات، الإصلاحات، والمطالبات الضمانية.
المؤهلات والخبرة
لتكون ناجحًا في هذه الوظيفة، يجب أن تمتلك:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في عمليات سلسلة التوريد في بيئة هندسية ومواد ومتاجر.
- الحد الأدنى من 12 سنة من الدراسة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة إشرافية في إدارة المخزون.
- معرفة قوية بإجراءات حفظ المخزون وإدارة المخزون.
- القدرة على التعرف على الأجزاء والمواد والأدوات المستخدمة في صيانة الطائرات.
- إلمام بأنظمة Oracle وأنظمة إدارة الصيانة.
- معرفة جيدة بتطبيقات الكمبيوتر للتحكم في المخزون والتواصل.
