Overall Purpose of the Job
This role is within the Commercial team and aims to drive business growth by supporting new business and account management processes. You will also help implement commercial tools to support both organic and inorganic growth strategies. A primary focus will be enhancing the customer experience and utilizing group analytics for decision-making. You’ll play a key role in analyzing business data and converting it into compelling proposals and client offerings.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Enhance customer experience by addressing pain points, supporting churn reduction, and improving attrition rates across the regional customer base.
- Lead all Account Management actions for the region, including quarterly reviews, customer reporting, and portfolio reviews.
- Write and develop proposals, OPEX budgets, tender responses, and tailored ship management solutions.
- Assist with developing new business through direct customer engagement when needed.
- Track sales performance, improve win rates, and support forecasting, sales budgeting, and pipeline management.
- Conduct ongoing customer risk analysis and create customer insights, tracking fleet size, revenue, and other key metrics.
- Coordinate the development of customer-facing commercial materials such as bid proposals and crisis management documents.
- Implement new products and services across the group, ensuring alignment with customer needs and enhancing vessel yield.
- Report on vessel pipeline performance to key stakeholders.
- Support the GROW & WIN model and manage opportunity tracking for specific clusters.
- Help with sales coaching and commercial development for regional offices.
- Ensure timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

الغرض العام من الوظيفة
الوظيفة ضمن الفريق التجاري وتهدف إلى دفع نمو الأعمال من خلال دعم عمليات الأعمال الجديدة وإدارة الحسابات. كما ستكون مسؤولا عن تنفيذ الأدوات التجارية لدعم استراتيجيات النمو العضوي وغير العضوي. سيكون التركيز الأساسي على تحسين تجربة العملاء واستخدام تحليلات المجموعة في اتخاذ القرارات. ستلعب دوراً مهماً في تحليل بيانات الأعمال وتحويلها إلى مقترحات وعروض للعملاء.
المسؤوليات والمهام الرئيسية:
- تحسين تجربة العملاء من خلال معالجة نقاط الألم، ودعم تقليل نسبة التغيير، وتحسين معدل التسرب عبر القاعدة العملاء الإقليمية.
- قيادة جميع إجراءات إدارة الحسابات للمنطقة، بما في ذلك الاجتماعات الفصلية، تقارير العملاء، ومراجعات المحفظة.
- كتابة وتطوير المقترحات، ميزانيات التشغيل، الردود على العطاءات، والعروض المخصصة لإدارة السفن.
- المساعدة في تطوير الأعمال الجديدة من خلال التفاعل المباشر مع العملاء عند الحاجة.
- تتبع أداء المبيعات، تحسين معدلات الفوز، ودعم التنبؤات، ميزانيات المبيعات، وإدارة خطوط الأنابيب.
- إجراء تحليل مستمر لإدارة المخاطر للعملاء وإنشاء سجلات تحليلية لأداء العملاء، حجم الأسطول، الإيرادات، وأداء المكتب.
- التنسيق وتطوير المواد التجارية الموجهة للعملاء مثل العروض التقديمية المقترحة والوثائق الخاصة بإدارة الأزمات.
- تنفيذ المنتجات والخدمات الجديدة عبر المجموعة لضمان توافقها مع احتياجات العملاء وزيادة العوائد من السفن.
- دعم تقارير أداء خط أنابيب السفن لأصحاب المصلحة.
- دعم تطبيق نموذج GROW & WIN وإدارة تتبع الفرص للمجموعات المحددة.
- المساعدة في تدريب المبيعات والتطوير التجاري للمكاتب الإقليمية.
- ضمان تقديم التقارير في الوقت المحدد لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والخارجيين.
