About the Role

As a Maintenance Specialist, you will ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing center by maintaining and repairing equipment according to the maintenance plan. Your expertise will be crucial in sustaining production continuity and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of equipment and premises in line with the maintenance plan to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs while adhering to HSES procedures.
• Diagnose faults and determine effective rectification methods (direct repair or escalation).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and suggest improvements for procedures.
• Ensure the plant is operationally ready at all times by resolving mechanical/electrical issues and tracking machine maintenance.
• Manage spare parts inventory, including procurement of critical components.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Utilize material handling equipment to move parts and components efficiently.
• Promote safety awareness and good housekeeping, ensuring compliance with environmental policies.

بصفتك أخصائي صيانة، ستضمن التشغيل السلس لمركز التصنيع الخاص بنا من خلال صيانة المعدات وإصلاحها وفقًا لخطة الصيانة. ستلعب خبرتك دورًا أساسيًا في ضمان استمرارية الإنتاج وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تنفيذ صيانة وإصلاح المعدات والمباني وفقًا لخطة الصيانة لضمان استمرارية الإنتاج.
• إجراء الصيانة الوقائية والإصلاحات مع الالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• تشخيص الأعطال وتحديد أساليب التصحيح الفعالة (إصلاح مباشر أو تصعيد).
• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة واقتراح تحسينات للإجراءات.
• ضمان جاهزية المصنع للتشغيل في جميع الأوقات من خلال حل المشاكل الميكانيكية/الكهربائية وتتبع الصيانة.
• إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار، بما في ذلك شراء المكونات الحرجة.
• بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين والبائعين والحفاظ عليها.
• استخدام معدات مناولة المواد لنقل الأجزاء والمكونات بكفاءة.
