About the Job
We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated professional to join our academic team as a Part-Time Lecturer in Demographics and Population Studies. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for teaching, research, and mentorship in the field of demographics. As a part-time lecturer, you will have the flexibility to contribute to academic excellence and support the development of research students within our institution.

Location: Ajman
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach doctorate-level courses in demographics, population studies, and related areas.
- Supervise and mentor research students, assisting them with thesis and dissertation development.
- Conduct and contribute to impactful research in the field of demographics.
- Assist in curriculum development and other academic initiatives within the department.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Demographics, Population Studies, Sociology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and mentoring research students.
- Strong research background with a proven track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and software for demographic analysis (e.g., SPSS, R, or STATA).

- تدريس الدورات الدراسية على مستوى الدكتوراه في مجال الديموغرافيا ودراسات السكان والمجالات ذات الصلة.
- الإشراف والإرشاد للطلاب الباحثين، ومساعدتهم في تطوير الأطروحات والرسائل.
- إجراء والمساهمة في أبحاث مؤثرة في مجال الديموغرافيا.
- المساعدة في تطوير المناهج الدراسية والمبادرات الأكاديمية الأخرى داخل القسم.
المؤهلات:
- دكتوراه في الديموغرافيا، دراسات السكان، السوسيولوجيا أو تخصص ذو صلة.
- خبرة سابقة في التدريس والإرشاد للطلاب الباحثين.
- خلفية بحثية قوية مع سجل مثبت من المنشورات في مجلات محكمة.
- إتقان الأدوات والبرمجيات الإحصائية لتحليل الديموغرافيا (مثل SPSS، R، أو STATA).
