About the Job
SpotCheck Global is hiring experienced Consultants to join our team in Abu Dhabi for positions in Willow IP/Beacon and Willow OP/Beacon. We are seeking candidates who can relocate to Abu Dhabi and work with our client based in the UAE. If you have 5 to 10 years of experience in Epic modules and are looking for an exciting opportunity in the healthcare technology sector, we want to hear from you!
Roles Available
- Consultant - Willow IP/Beacon – 1 Position
- Consultant - Willow OP/Beacon – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities:
Consultant - Willow IP/Beacon
- Develop and maintain system design and build documentation for Epic’s Willow Inpatient and Beacon modules.
- Resolve application incidents through the help desk or escalate when required.
- Configure the system to meet organizational standards and manage change controls.
- Collaborate with end-users to design and build workflows in the Willow IP and Beacon modules.
- Lead testing to validate workflows and configurations.
- Establish strong partnerships with clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in Epic software upgrades for Willow IP and Beacon modules.
Consultant - Willow OP/Beacon
- Develop and maintain all system design and build documents for the Willow Outpatient and Beacon modules.
- Provide support for application issues reported through the help desk.
- Collaborate with end-users to design and test configurations specific to outpatient pharmacy and oncology workflows.
- Lead Epic software upgrades or workflow enhancements and ensure design, build, and testing completion.
- Create Clarity reports using third-party tools to analyze data.
Qualifications:
For Willow IP/Beacon
- Certification in Willow Inpatient and/or Beacon.
- Clinical pharmacy background preferred.
- Experience in Epic implementation and optimization, especially with pharmacy workflows.
- Excellent troubleshooting and coordination skills.
For Willow OP/Beacon
- Certification in Willow Outpatient and/or Beacon.
- Experience with outpatient pharmacy workflows and oncology systems.
- Full-cycle implementation and optimization experience with Epic modules.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Eligible to work as an Epic consultant without restrictions.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
استشاري - Willow IP/Beacon
- تطوير وصيانة وثائق تصميم النظام وبناءها لوحدات Epic Willow Inpatient و Beacon.
- حل الحوادث المتعلقة بالتطبيقات من خلال مكتب المساعدة أو تصعيدها عند الضرورة.
- تكوين النظام ليتماشى مع المعايير التنظيمية وإدارة التغييرات عند الحاجة.
- التعاون مع المستخدمين النهائيين لتصميم وبناء تدفقات العمل في وحدات Willow IP و Beacon.
- قيادة اختبار الأنظمة للتحقق من تدفقات العمل والتكوينات.
- إقامة شراكات قوية مع المعنيين السريريين والتشغيليين.
- تقديم الخبرة في ترقيات البرمجيات لوحدات Willow IP و Beacon.
استشاري - Willow OP/Beacon
- تطوير وصيانة جميع وثائق تصميم النظام وبناءها لوحدات Willow Outpatient و Beacon.
- تقديم الدعم لمشكلات التطبيقات المبلغ عنها من خلال مكتب المساعدة.
- التعاون مع المستخدمين النهائيين لتصميم واختبار التكوينات الخاصة بتدفقات العمل في الصيدلة الخارجية وأنظمة الأورام.
- قيادة ترقيات البرمجيات لوحدات Epic أو تحسينات تدفق العمل.
- إنشاء تقارير Clarity باستخدام أدوات الطرف الثالث لتحليل البيانات.
المؤهلات:
لوظيفة Willow IP/Beacon
- شهادة في Willow Inpatient و/أو Beacon.
- خلفية صيدلانية سريرية مفضلة.
- خبرة في تنفيذ وتحسين Epic، خاصة مع تدفقات العمل الصيدلانية.
- مهارات متميزة في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والتنسيق.
لوظيفة Willow OP/Beacon
- شهادة في Willow Outpatient و/أو Beacon.
- خبرة في تدفقات العمل الصيدلانية الخارجية وأنظمة الأورام.
- خبرة في تنفيذ وتحسين Epic لكامل الدورة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة على القيادة.
- مؤهل للعمل كاستشاري Epic دون قيود.
