Whom we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Back End Developer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Server-Side Development
- Design, build, and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Database Management
- Design and optimize scalable database schemas.
- Develop efficient queries and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
API Integration
- Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration with front-end and third-party systems.
- Ensure secure and efficient data transmission across platforms.
Performance & Optimization
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Implement caching, load balancing, and other performance-enhancing techniques.
Testing & Debugging
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly.
Security & Compliance
- Implement security best practices to safeguard applications and data.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, or Ruby).
- Experience with frameworks like Spring Boot (Java), Django (Python), or Express (Node.js).
- Expertise in relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Proficient in Git and version control systems.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
تطوير الجانب الخادمي
- تصميم وبناء وصيانة أنظمة خلفية قوية، وواجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs)، والخدمات.
- كتابة أكواد نظيفة وقابلة للصيانة وفعالة وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة.
إدارة قواعد البيانات
- تصميم وتحسين مخططات قواعد البيانات القابلة للتوسع.
- تطوير استعلامات فعالة وإدارة قواعد البيانات العلائقية وغير العلائقية.
دمج واجهات برمجة التطبيقات
- بناء وصيانة واجهات برمجة التطبيقات RESTful و GraphQL لضمان التكامل السلس مع الواجهة الأمامية والأنظمة الخارجية.
- ضمان نقل البيانات بشكل آمن وفعال عبر المنصات.
الأداء والتحسين
- تحسين التطبيقات للسرعة والقابلية للتوسع.
- تنفيذ تقنيات مثل التخزين المؤقت، وتوازن التحميل، وتقنيات تعزيز الأداء الأخرى.
الاختبار وتصحيح الأخطاء
- تطوير وصيانة اختبارات الوحدة، والتكامل، والنهاية إلى النهاية.
- تشخيص وحل مشاكل التطبيقات بشكل سريع.
الأمان والامتثال
- تنفيذ أفضل الممارسات الأمنية لحماية التطبيقات والبيانات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح حماية البيانات (مثل GDPR، CCPA).
المؤهلات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تطوير الخلفية.
- إتقان لغات البرمجة الخلفية (مثل Python، Java، Node.js، أو Ruby).
- خبرة في استخدام الأطر مثل Spring Boot (Java)، Django (Python)، أو Express (Node.js).
- خبرة في قواعد البيانات العلائقية (مثل MySQL، PostgreSQL) وغير العلائقية (مثل MongoDB، Redis).
- معرفة باستخدام الحاويات (مثل Docker) ومنصات السحابة (AWS، GCP، Azure).
- فهم بنية الخدمات المصغرة (Microservices) والحوسبة بدون خوادم (Serverless).
- إتقان Git وأنظمة التحكم في الإصدارات.
- خبرة في سير العمل باستخدام Agile/Scrum.
- معرفة بأدوات CI/CD مثل Jenkins أو GitHub Actions.
