Position: Accountant - Field Service

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Role Snapshot

This role is responsible for timely and accurate execution of financial and commercial matters for Field Service. It includes managing project costs, financial forecasting, budgeting, and controlling, aligned with defined guidelines and financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage resource and customer orders, including offer and project creation.
2. Handle cost centers, corrections, and allocations.
3. Ensure accurate timesheet booking, financial reconciliations, and invoicing.
4. Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and variance analysis.
5. Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks (e.g., journal entries, revenue adjustments, margin analysis).
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial standards and regulations (FRGs, IFRS, Tax).
7. Collaborate with technical and financial teams to achieve financial targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Proven 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (MBA or relevant certification preferred).
• Experience with cost center management and small projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work in multicultural teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven personality.
