QA/QC Inspector - Batch Planting
About the job
Job Title: QA/QC Inspector: Batch Planting
Work Location: Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in batch plant inspections.
- CBT qualification as a Batch Plant QC Inspector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of batch plants used in the production of asphalt and concrete, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Verify the quality of raw materials and monitor the batching process to confirm the proper mix ratios in line with ASTM, AASHTO, or ACI standards.
- Perform quality control checks and inspections of concrete and asphalt materials used in GIS substation projects, from 115 kV to 380 kV.
- Ensure all batch plant activities comply with Oil & Gas industry regulations and guidelines.
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality inspection findings.
- Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues related to mix design, material handling, and batch production.

المسمى الوظيفي: مفتش QA/QC: مصنع الخلط
الموقع: المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في فحص مصانع الخلط.
- يُفضل الحصول على شهادة CBT كمفتش جودة مصنع خلط.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء فحوصات شاملة لمصانع الخلط المستخدمة في إنتاج الأسفلت والخرسانة، مع ضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
- التحقق من جودة المواد الخام ومراقبة عملية الخلط للتأكد من أن النسب المختلطة تتماشى مع معايير ASTM و AASHTO أو ACI.
- إجراء فحوصات الجودة والتفتيش على مواد الخرسانة والأسفلت المستخدمة في مشاريع محطات GIS (من 115 كيلوفولت إلى 380 كيلوفولت).
- ضمان أن جميع أنشطة مصنع الخلط تتوافق مع اللوائح والإرشادات الخاصة بصناعة النفط والغاز.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة فريق المشروع والتفاعل مع أصحاب المصلحة في المجالات الفنية والتجارية والإدارية.
- مراجعة متطلبات العملاء والمواصفات وضمان الامتثال للمعايير التصميمية والفنية.
- الإشراف على ميزانية المشروع، تحديد الجداول الزمنية، تقدير التكاليف، وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.
- التنسيق مع فرق التخطيط، والمشتريات، والهندسة لإنهاء التعاقدات الفرعية وشراء المواد.
