About the job

POSITION PURPOSE:

Ensure that the PSE / Development Management Department offers appropriate management to all projects and planned property development plans.
Able to manage, achieve, and deliver quality projects while maintaining the commitment to an effective business development plan focused on market trends, feasibility, and growth strategy plan.
Has the network and experience to identify development opportunities in the market across landowners and real estate developers.
Oversee the implementation of market studies throughout each of the targets.
Assist in the establishment and development of real estate development and related functional departments within the PSE.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and manage the team growth at the licensed PSE - Engineering & Consultancy office as appropriate to their size and maturity.
Identify business opportunities, provide regular updates on opportunities, viability, and financial models.
Develop, recommend, and monitor adaptation of appropriate qualitative and quantitative "minimum acceptable" standards for investment and development plans.
Develop, design, and train the PSE team in line with the Group projects management culture, to improve productivity and achieve the desired quality & timely project delivery within allocated budgets.
Formalize goals in line with Group strategies and tactics to promote successful business expansion, feasibility, and assessment processes, and formulate the development portion of the financial projection process.
Create, develop, and recommend processes and procedures for real estate, such as Market Development Planning, Market Concentration, acquisition opportunities, and locations.
Collaborate with 3rd party portfolio owners and group subsidiaries on potential collaboration and synergies for Real Estate and Development subject matter JVs.
Develop 'best practices' guidelines as applicable for the respective engineering & consultancy practices under PSE.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors in Architecture Engineering, Masters in Business with a major focus in economics, real estate, and finance.
Ten (10) years of development management experience in commercial real estate, preferably in the residential, mixed-use, commercial, and retail sectors.
Complete understanding of real estate practices, sales & marketing, property development, and sales processes.
Comprehensive understanding of design management.
This position may have licenses in Engineering, real estate, mortgage banking, and/or law, but it is not mandatory.
Ability to understand, apply, and teach commercial real estate principles as practiced within the licensed country, distinguishing from commercial real estate practices in the United States.
Ability to build and manage an in-house design & development management team.

الغرض من الوظيفة:

ضمان أن قسم إدارة المشاريع / إدارة التطوير (PSE) يقدم الإدارة المناسبة لجميع المشاريع وخطط التطوير العقاري المخطط لها.
القدرة على إدارة وتحقيق وتسليم المشاريع بجودة عالية مع الحفاظ على الالتزام بخطة تطوير الأعمال الفعالة التي تركز على اتجاهات السوق، والجدوى، وخطة استراتيجية النمو.
يمتلك الشبكة والخبرة لتحديد فرص التطوير في السوق عبر مالكي الأراضي ومطوري العقارات.
الإشراف على تنفيذ الدراسات السوقية في كل من الأهداف المستهدفة.
المساعدة في إنشاء وتطوير إدارة التطوير العقاري والأقسام الوظيفية ذات الصلة ضمن PSE.

التعليم والخبرة:
