Manager - Electrical Maintenance
About the Job:
The ideal candidate for the position of Manager - Electrical Maintenance will combine technical expertise and industry knowledge to lead teams, oversee maintenance, ensure operational efficiency, and drive productivity while upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, advise, and oversee preventive, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery to ensure 24/7 operational efficiency, smooth production, and adherence to safety procedures.
- Manage projects and oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring timely completion, safety compliance, and operational readiness.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and consumables to support 24/7 plant operations and uninterrupted production.
- Oversee the Electronic and Central Rewinding cells, maintaining maintenance standards, procuring testing instruments, and ensuring availability of necessary spares.
- Manage, copy, and modify PLC programs as per requirements without compromising equipment safety norms.
- Develop and optimize electrical systems to enhance productivity, ensure ROI, and implement cost-saving projects by leveraging the latest power plant technologies.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Graduate (Electrical & Electronics) with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical equipment used in ceramics and tiles manufacturing.
- Proficient in PLC & Ladder programming.
- Skills in using AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of electronic cards and component repair.
- Creative in designing HMI and debugging.
- Experience in leading a team of 20 or more employees.

حول الوظيفة:
المرشح المثالي لمنصب مدير الصيانة الكهربائية سوف يجمع بين الخبرة الفنية والمعرفة الصناعية لقيادة الفرق والإشراف على الصيانة وضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية ودفع الإنتاجية مع الحفاظ على معايير السلامة.
المسؤوليات:
- تخطيط وتقديم المشورة والإشراف على الصيانة الوقائية والمجدولة والصيانة عند الأعطال للمعدات والآلات الكهربائية لضمان كفاءة التشغيل على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع والإنتاج السلس والالتزام بإجراءات السلامة.
- إدارة المشاريع والإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل المعدات الجديدة، وضمان الانتهاء منها في الوقت المناسب، والامتثال للسلامة، والاستعداد التشغيلي.
