We are currently looking for a Business Analyst, located in the Iberia region, who is eager to assist our clients and dive deep into our powerful team. You will be working on diverse projects across multiple European countries, with strong collaboration with our teams in Asia.
Your Role and Tasks
- Lead discussions with clients, including senior-level stakeholders, aligning business needs with technical solutions.
- Gather requirements, analyze data, and propose solutions while keeping track of user requirements.
- Assist the project manager in controlling the overall scope of project requirements and manage project backlogs effectively.
- Design business function flowcharts and prepare system functional specifications based on user requirements.
- Review functional requirements and solutions with clients to ensure the development, testing, and design teams fully understand them.
- Verify, optimize, and upgrade the system after implementation based on client feedback.
- Focus on insurance platform implementation, particularly in affinity and travel insurance programs.
- Support the Customer Onboarding team in pre-sales activities and transition from Sales to Account Management, including conducting workshops, performing platform demos, contributing to RfI and RfP responses, and assisting the Deal team in developing the best business and IT solutions for prospects.
What You Bring with You
- At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, processes, and their application to IT transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with daily working tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.
- Fluency in spoken English and French/Spanish or Flemish.
- High understanding of insurance products and processes in the Iberia region.
- Experience in affinity or travel insurance is a plus.
Good to have:
- PMP or LOMA certification, or other project management and business analysis credentials.
- Experience in supporting Pre-Sales and client onboarding processes, including delivering tailored platform demos and crafting RfI and RfP responses.
- Hands-on experience in implementing SaaS core solutions.
