The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for the manufacturing of Power Section (Stator & Rotor) by following procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Qualifications (Education/No. of Years of Experience)
- High School Diploma or equivalent with knowledge in basic math.
Skills, Training, Special Knowledge, and/or Language Skills
- Knowledge of the proper use of measuring tools/gauges and tools.

Job Summary
Acts as an interface between product engineering, field operations, sales, and supply chain to provide technical support, and assist in troubleshooting in routine and special product applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and applications engineering support for operations, sales, and product engineering by reviewing seat sizing for frac sleeves, frac scenarios, running torque and drag, tubing stress calculations, and well design.
- Participate in design reviews of new product designs presented by the product engineering group.
- Skilled in locating relevant supporting documentation (e.g., PIM’s, Running Procedures) for performing well installations using applicable and relevant databases.
- Develop technical proposals/well schematics, running procedures.
- Provide technical support to supply chain by verifying accuracy of orders.
- Write and present papers for professional engineering associations, e.g., SPE.
- Complete the training plan as set out for the position within company guidelines.
- Participate in failure investigations, root cause analyses, corrective and preventative actions.
- Perform client interface duties as required.
