Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities
- Use iFlight/Intranet to request material requisitions for missing items.
- Clarify scope of works with teams and identify required/missing spares, parts, and tooling in collaboration with the Production Engineer.
- Issue and monitor Route Sheets for the team.
- Ensure completion of operations and Route Sheet sign-offs.
- Identify and log fault equipment on the Maintenance Log System.
- Organize and conduct daily Tool Box Talks.
- Manage team leave and assist the HR Manager as needed.
- Conduct annual Skills Matrix Reviews with the Production Engineer/Manager.
