Motivate Media Group is seeking a driven, dynamic, and experienced Digital Editor to lead the digital arm of Emirates Woman. Working for the UAE’s longest-standing lifestyle title, the right candidate will be comfortable writing about the region’s politics, female-focused legislation, as well as the latest fashion and beauty news relevant to readers in the Middle East.
A vast and varied experience of writing for an online audience is essential, as is a proven track record in growing digital traffic, managing social media accounts, and optimising content for both desktop and mobile platforms.
The Digital Editor will be responsible for producing clean, error-free copy on tight deadlines, commissioning, and sub-editing copy. They will also devise and implement the brand’s online and social media strategy, spearhead commercial projects, and act as a brand guardian to ensure the quality and tone of all online content. The Digital Editor will represent the title at events, analyze audience data, and identify engaging, original content.
The role requires a self-motivated team player with a minimum of five years’ experience in relevant roles, impeccable communication, and organizational skills. The Digital Editor will work alongside print and Arabic language teams to optimize content and digital concepts and collaborate with the sales team for commercially viable growth. Budgetary planning and ensuring legally sound content will also be part of the responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience with Google Analytics and Parse.ly is beneficial.
- Experience in conceptualizing video content is a plus.
- Knowledge of the region is preferred but not essential.
- The successful candidate will be based in Dubai.
- Experience in content strategy, digital traffic growth, and social media management is required.
- Ability to manage editorial content, commercial projects, and collaborate with teams effectively.

Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced Digital Editor to join the Gulf Business team, for a role based in Media City, Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for content generation, content performance, and audience growth across digital and social platforms.
- Work closely with the Group Editor and Editor to analyze digital analytics, refine content strategy, and increase user engagement.
- Write for an online audience and manage the brand’s social media accounts.
- Represent the brand at relevant events.
- Identify and create fresh, engaging, original video and audio content.
- Support commercial projects and image production activities.
- Update and maintain time-sensitive material and contribute to the main magazine and supplements.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Journalism or a related course.
- Background in business journalism or finance.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Must meet deadlines and have strong time management skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.

تبحث مجموعة موتيفيت ميديا عن محرر رقمي مبدع وديناميكي ذو خبرة لقيادة القسم الرقمي لمجلة إمارات وومن. سيعمل المرشح المثالي في أقدم مجلة نمط حياة في الإمارات، ويجب أن يكون قادراً على الكتابة عن السياسة المحلية والتشريعات الخاصة بالمرأة، فضلاً عن تغطية آخر أخبار الموضة والجمال التي تهم القراء في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
