One of the leading global firms in the Fiduciary, Corporate Services, and Fund Administration space is looking to add an experienced Business Development professional to their Dubai office. This firm has a well-established presence in Dubai and has seen significant growth in recent times.
The firm is focusing on expanding their Fiduciary services client base, particularly in the DIFC Foundations area, although global services such as offshore Trusts in popular jurisdictions (Jersey, the Cayman Islands, BVI, etc.) can also be offered. The successful candidate will lead this expansion.
The commission model is one of the best in the industry, alongside an excellent base salary.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record and network within the UHNW space, specifically with knowledge of DIFC Foundations and offshore trust structures
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Trust / Fiduciary space
- Experience with additional services like Fund Administration or Corporate Services
- Business fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous
- STEP Qualified or part-qualified – similar qualifications will also be considered

تسعى إحدى الشركات العالمية الرائدة في مجال خدمات الأمانة، والخدمات الشركات، وإدارة الصناديق لإضافة متخصص تطوير أعمال ذو خبرة إلى مكتبها في دبي. تمتلك هذه الشركة حضورًا قويًا في دبي وشهدت نموًا كبيرًا في الآونة الأخيرة.
تركز الشركة الآن على زيادة قاعدة عملائها في خدمات الأمانة، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على مجال "المؤسسات في مركز دبي المالي العالمي" (DIFC Foundations)، رغم أنه يمكن أيضًا تقديم خدمات عالمية مثل إنشاء صناديق الأمانة في أماكن مثل جيرسي وجزر كايمان وجزر فرجينيا البريطانية وغيرها. سيتولى المرشح الناجح قيادة هذه التوسعة.
يُعتبر نموذج العمولة من أفضل النماذج في الصناعة، إلى جانب راتب أساسي ممتاز.

المتطلبات الأساسية:
- سجل حافل وشبكة معروفة في قطاع العملاء ذوي الثروات العالية (UHNW)، ومعرفة متخصصة بمؤسسات DIFC وهياكل الأمانة offshore
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الأمانة / خدمات الصناديق
- خبرة في الخدمات الإضافية مثل إدارة الصناديق أو الخدمات الشركات
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل تجاري، ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعد ميزة إضافية
- شهادة STEP أو جزئية مؤهلة – يمكن النظر في المؤهلات المشابهة أيضًا
