Job Title: Fitout Estimator Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Estimate Preparation:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fitout projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Obtain and review supplier and subcontractor quotes, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
Project Evaluation:
- Assess project feasibility and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather necessary data for accurate estimation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.
Cost Management:
- Monitor project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present detailed cost reports, budgets, and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Assist in value engineering efforts to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
Qualifications and Skills:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and executing finishing and interior fitout works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical and aesthetic aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that high standards are met in accordance with design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of civil engineering structures and systems.
- Identify and assess potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the longevity and functionality of civil engineering assets.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects and construction managers, to coordinate maintenance projects.
- Oversee and manage maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

إعداد التقديرات:
- إعداد تقديرات تكلفة مفصلة ودقيقة لمشاريع التشطيب، بما في ذلك المواد، العمالة، والمعدات.
- تحليل الرسومات المعمارية، والمواصفات، والوثائق الأخرى لإعداد تقديرات شاملة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء فحوصات وصيانة منتظمة للهياكل والأنظمة الهندسية المدنية.

- تطوير وتنفيذ خطط صيانة وجداول لضمان استدامة وكفاءة الأصول الهندسية المدنية.
