كمدير تطوير أول، ستكون مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على تنفيذ مشاريع تجهيز المساحات، وضمان توافقها مع متطلبات العملاء، والقيود الميزانية، والمعايير الجودة. تمتد مسؤولياتك من بدء المشروع إلى اكتماله، مع الحاجة إلى قيادة قوية، وخبرة في إدارة المشاريع، والانتباه للتفاصيل.
المهارات والمؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في إدارة البناء، الهندسة، التخطيط، العمارة، إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة. ويفضل الحصول على درجة ماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في دور مماثل، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط مع سجل حافل في تقديم خدمات عالية الجودة من البداية إلى النهاية. الخبرة في المشاريع الدولية الكبرى أمر أساسي.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع الكبيرة أو المعقدة.
- خبرة سابقة في العمل على مشاريع الإقامة الفاخرة.
- القدرة على فهم جميع جوانب البناء، إدارة التكاليف، التصميم، الهندسة، وتجهيز المشاريع بفعالية وكفاءة من البداية إلى النهاية.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في شراء المشاريع واختيار المسارات المختلفة المتاحة.
- إلمام بكيفية هيكلة المشاريع، وتوظيف الفرق، وإدارتها لضمان وضوح التوقعات، والتنفيذ في الوقت المحدد، واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة لضمان نجاح النتائج.
- نهج منظم لحل المشكلات مع ميل طبيعي لتخطيط الاستراتيجيات والتكتيكات.
- مهارات إدارة الأشخاص ممتازة مع القدرة على التفاعل مع الأفراد على جميع المستويات.
- مهارات القيادة وإدارة الموظفين قوية.
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل فعال في بيئة سريعة وديناميكية.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على السرية والتعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة.
- القدرة على العمل بمرونة لضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح وفي الوقت المحدد.
- فهم للثقافة التنظيمية والأنظمة المحلية.
- إتقان برامج Microsoft Office بمستوى متقدم.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثًا)، وإجادة اللغة العربية أو لغات أخرى تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
