ما نطلبه

- شغف وإلمام بالتواصل: التصوير الفوتوغرافي، التصوير بالفيديو، الكتابة، اللغات، إلخ.
- مهارات شفهية وكتابية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
- خبرة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Outlook، Excel، PowerPoint)
- القدرة على رؤية الفرص التسويقية المثيرة في التقنيات الجديدة والاتجاهات الناشئة
- القدرة على تنظيم الأولويات والمهام المتعددة

Position Summary
We are looking for a talented, motivated, and creative Influencer Marketing Intern to join our Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining BISSELL’s relationships with influencers, ensuring our brand is authentically represented and widely promoted across digital platforms.
As the Influencer Marketing Intern, your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and manage influencer partnerships across the META & India region. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer campaigns, ensuring that collaborations align with BISSELL’s brand values and objectives. Additionally, you will analyze the performance of influencer-led initiatives to extract actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and maximize campaign impact.
In addition to Influencer marketing, you will take the lead in reporting and analytics for various digital initiatives. This includes overseeing and collecting data of brand media campaigns, websites monthly performance, social media channels’ performance, and organic activities. Your role will involve conducting regular and consolidated analytics to extract actionable insights that affect decision-making processes.
Meet the Team
We’re the Integrated Marketing department. Our team looks after the Brand, Campaign & Content Development, Social Media, E-Commerce DTC, CRM, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Media. Together we make up a cross-disciplinary, international team working to deliver upon BISSELL’s brand purpose, to help people and pets share happy, healthy homes, in the META & India market. We move in an agile way, take utmost pride in our work, and know how to make projects more interesting and fun.
In this internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Get hands-on experience in the exciting world of influencer marketing and digital branding. Help identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers who align with the brand’s values and objectives.
- Gain skills in relationship management with influencers and external agencies.
- Write campaign briefs and communicate content requirements to influencers and content creators.
- Assist in creating and optimizing high-performing influencer campaigns for the brand.
- Gain skills in project management by coordinating influencer activations across platforms and regions.
- Manage the influencer outreach process, including contracts, assets distribution, and campaign tracking.
- Proactively monitor influencer marketing trends, competitors’ strategies, and industry best practices to improve BISSELL’s approach.
- Work with agencies, distributors, and internal teams across META & India to execute influencer campaigns effectively.
- Learn data collection and analysis of influencer campaigns using performance tools and platforms.
- Generate insightful campaign reports, build dashboards, and enhance PPT presentation skills to communicate results to stakeholders.
- Be part of a dynamic Integrated Marketing team, gaining exposure to broader marketing projects and daily team interactions.
- Collaborate in an international office environment with skilled cross-functional professionals across various business fields.
What We Require
- Availability of 40 hours weekly for ideally 6 months
- Background in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- A passion for and affinity with communication: photography, videography, copy, languages, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
