- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق عالي الأداء وقيادة، توجيه وتوجيه الآخرين
- مهارات إدارة المشاريع القوية مع القدرة على إدارة مشاريع متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة
- اهتمام استثنائي بالتفاصيل ومهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث)، والإلمام بالعربية يعتبر ميزة إضافية
- إتقان البرمجيات الإبداعية مثل (Photoshop، Illustrator، InDesign) وفهم الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في الصناعة

- خبرة متخصصة في التعامل مع عملاء الخدمات المالية مثل البنوك، التأمين، إدارة الأصول
- مؤهل مهني (ACA، CPA، ACCA)
- خبرة تدقيق شاملة بعد الحصول على المؤهل
- إلمام تام بـ IFRS، والرقابة الداخلية، وتجميع البيانات المالية
- خبرة في العمل على تدقيقات مجموعات معقدة وتوزيع الأعمال بشكل مناسب
- القدرة على إدارة محفظة كبيرة والعمل على العديد من مشاريع التدقيق في الوقت نفسه
- إتقان استخدام البرمجيات الخاصة بالتدقيق وبرامج Microsoft
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية بالإنجليزية
- مهارات قيادية، تحليلية، واتصالات قوية ومهارات في بناء العلاقات
- الاستعداد للعمل لساعات إضافية والسفر حسب الحاجة
