Role Description:
We are hiring a Director of Operations for our Lebanon offices. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of business operations, making operational decisions, setting strategic goals, and managing fashion shows and events.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the overall organization.
- Maintaining excellent relationships with business partners and suppliers.
- Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies.
- Working closely with the Creative Director/Co-Creative Director on all business-related matters.
- Collaborating with Department Heads to manage day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring fashion shows are on track by producing reports and keeping teams involved.
- Managing pre-fashion show preparations by creating and reviewing work schedules.
- Performing employee reviews and developing action plans when necessary.
- Developing and implementing strategies, procedures, and business plans to enhance company growth.
- Managing and implementing ERP systems to ensure efficiency.
Ideal Profile:
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar position in luxury fashion.
- Solid understanding of industry specifics.
- A strategic thinker.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to manage resources, budgets, and timelines to meet operational goals.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and foster a culture of accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury customer experience.

نحن نبحث عن مدير عمليات للمكاتب اللبنانية لشركة جورج حبيقة. سيكون المدير مسؤولًا عن الإشراف على الإدارة اليومية للعمليات التجارية، اتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية، تحديد الأهداف الاستراتيجية، وإدارة عروض الأزياء والفعاليات.
المسؤوليات:
- إدارة التنظيم العام.
- الحفاظ على علاقات ممتازة مع الشركاء والموردين.
- تعريف وتنفيذ ومراجعة السياسات التشغيلية.
- العمل عن كثب مع المدير الإبداعي / المدير المساعد الإبداعي في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالأعمال.
- التعاون مع رؤساء الأقسام لإدارة العمليات اليومية.
- ضمان متابعة عروض الأزياء من خلال إعداد التقارير وإبقاء الفرق متواصلة.
- إدارة التحضيرات ما قبل عرض الأزياء من خلال إنشاء ومراجعة جداول العمل.
- إجراء مراجعات الموظفين وتطوير خطط العمل إذا لزم الأمر.
- تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات والإجراءات وخطط الأعمال اللازمة لتعزيز نمو الشركة.
- إدارة وتنفيذ أنظمة ERP وضمان كفاءتها.
المؤهلات المثالية:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7-10 سنوات في وظيفة مماثلة في الأزياء الفاخرة.
- فهم قوي لمتطلبات الصناعة.
- مفكر استراتيجي.
- مهارات التعاون بين الأقسام لضمان سلاسة التواصل بين الفرق.
- القدرة على إدارة الموارد، الميزانيات، والجداول الزمنية لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
- مهارات قيادية قوية لتحفيز الفريق وتعزيز ثقافة المساءلة.
- مهارات حل المشكلات.
- اهتمام بالتفاصيل مع مهارات قوية في تحليل البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
