Job Summary:
The Training Manager
will support the Program Manager/Operations Manager in all Training related activities to successfully support customer mission requirements and meet all Key Performance Indicators. The Training Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, leading, and supervision of the aviation training department. With regard to planning, the Training Manager identifies competencies/deficiencies for individuals and functional areas. Based on this assessment, the Training Manager directs and manages the development, budget, implementation, execution, and evaluation of the training program(s).
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, organizing, leading, and supervision of the aviation maintenance training department.
- Identify training needs, best methods, and develop materials needed to support professional development and company performance.
2. Compliance Monitoring (CM) Officer
Role Summary:
The Compliance Monitoring (CM) Officer is responsible for ensuring that all aviation maintenance and support functions align and comply with platform-specific OEM specifications (Leonardo AW139), technical data, quality and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and PAC requirements. The CM Officer oversees and performs compliance inspections on maintenance and servicing activities to ensure they are carried out in accordance with approved technical data and local instructions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Engineering, or Quality Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Maintenance or Aerospace Engineering discipline preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation-related quality management systems (QMS) and related programs.

3. Aviation Safety Officer - AW139 EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aviation Safety Officer with expertise in rotary-wing operations, particularly the AW139 platform. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring ground safety excellence and protecting operational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive safety management system for ground operations.
- Establish and enforce safety standards and procedures for all ground activities.
- Investigate ground incidents and hazards, providing actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate safety matters with organizational staff and promote a culture of safety awareness.
4. Logistics Supervisor
Role Summary:
The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for logistics personnel in the areas of parts receipts, binning, picking, issuance, exports, and other warehouse activities. Responsible for store personnel updates and all necessary system transactions at every stage of material movement. Supervise the processing of repair items.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an aerospace maintenance and aircraft operating environment, preferably in military, of which at least 3 years in a similar position in an aviation distribution industry.
- Knowledge of Purchasing as well as the shipping and receiving process and logistics, including what material is hazardous or requires special shipping containers or packaging.
- Good knowledge of material planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides updates on all items received, ensuring they are properly inspected according to current policies and procedures.
5. Technical Inspector Logistics & GSE
Role Summary:
The Technical Inspector Logistics & GSE is a role primarily established for an aviation logistician responsible for ensuring the quality and authenticity of aircraft components and associated documentation to complete the audit trail for airworthiness. This is primarily for aircraft components but can include associated GSE. They are responsible for inspecting and approving all the critical (Grounding-X, Circled-X) scheduled & unscheduled maintenance and repair actions on assigned GSE components.
Qualifications:
- Essential: Diploma or recognized training, qualifications, and experience in aviation.
- Desirable: Diploma or recognized training in Aircraft GSE Maintenance/A&P License or Equivalent AS/AA degree in aviation-related studies preferred.
Experience:
- Essential: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the aviation field as aviation logistician or GSE team lead/supervisor.
6. Engineer - AW139 or H145 Type Rated (training certificates in accordance to Part 147)
Basic Function and Scope (Summary):
Performs scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance tasks. Reports directly to the Supervisor for all aspects of aircraft, facility, tool and equipment, and administrative requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: EASA, GCAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent.
- High School Diploma, graduation from military or commercial aircraft maintenance school or course required.
- Must be able to attain a UAE Driving License.
- Must hold a Part 147 rated certification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of aviation maintenance experience.
- Minimum of 5 years as a mechanic on aircraft type.
- Must have completed AW139 type training.
- Must have thorough knowledge in the use of common tools, special tools, test equipment, and aviation ground support equipment used in performing maintenance on the relevant aircraft.
