Job Responsibilities:

Photography Sessions:
- Conduct photo sessions in various hospital departments, capturing moments that showcase the hospital's mission, values, and commitment to patient care.
- Coordinate with hospital staff to schedule and plan photography sessions for special events, celebrations, and promotional activities.

Patient Photography:
- Obtain consent from patients or their guardians before capturing images in clinical settings.
- Capture sensitive and empathetic images of patients, ensuring their privacy and dignity are maintained.

Medical Procedures:
- Document medical procedures, surgeries, and treatments in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to hospital policies regarding infection control and patient confidentiality during medical photography.

Staff Portraits:
- Capture professional portraits of hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual representation of the hospital team.

Event Coverage:
- Attend and photograph hospital events, such as fundraisers, community outreach programs, and educational seminars.
- Create a visual narrative that promotes the hospital's engagement with the community.

Post-Production:
- Edit and retouch photographs to ensure high-quality, visually appealing images.

Job Profile:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessment, management, and provision of quality nursing care to all patients. An active member of the multidisciplinary team and collaborates in the development, execution, and evaluation of the multidisciplinary plan of care or critical pathway.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clinical Practice/Quality Care:
- Provides direct care to assigned patients.
- Conducts an individualized patient assessment, prioritizing the data collection based on the patient’s immediate condition or needs within timeframe specified by client facility’s policies, procedures, or protocols.
- Conducts ongoing assessments as determined by patient’s condition and/or the client facility’s policies, procedures, or protocols and reprioritizes care accordingly.
- Develops a plan of care that is individualized for the patient reflecting collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
- Performs appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in an accurate and timely manner.
- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions as established by individualized plan of care for the patient and his/her family.
- Delivers care with appropriate age and cultural competence to specific patient populations according to individualized needs.
- Provides individualized patient/family education customized to the patient and his/her family.

- التنسيق مع موظفي المستشفى لتحديد مواعيد وجدولة جلسات التصوير للأحداث الخاصة، الاحتفالات، والأنشطة الترويجية.

- الحصول على موافقة المرضى أو أوصيائهم قبل التقاط الصور في الإعدادات السريرية.
- التقاط صور حساسة ومتعاطفة للمرضى، مع ضمان الحفاظ على خصوصيتهم وكرامتهم.

الإجراءات الطبية:
- توثيق الإجراءات الطبية، الجراحة، والعلاج بالتعاون مع المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية.
- الامتثال لسياسات المستشفى بشأن التحكم في العدوى وخصوصية المرضى أثناء التصوير الطبي.

مسؤوليات الوظيفة:
- الممارسة السريرية/الرعاية عالية الجودة:
- تقديم رعاية مباشرة للمرضى المعينين.
- إجراء تقييم مخصص للمرضى، مع إعطاء الأولوية لجمع البيانات بناءً على حالة المريض الفورية أو احتياجاته ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد بسياسات و إجراءات المنشأة.
- إجراء التقييمات المستمرة كما تحدده حالة المريض أو سياسات المنشأة وتحديد الأولويات للرعاية وفقًا لذلك.
- تطوير خطة رعاية مخصصة للمريض تعكس التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي الآخرين.
- إجراء العلاجات المناسبة حسب أوامر الطبيب بطريقة دقيقة وفعالة.
- إجراء التدخلات التمريضية العلاجية كما هو مقرر في خطة رعاية فردية للمريض وعائلته.
- تقديم رعاية تتسم بالكفاءة الثقافية والعمرية للمجموعات الخاصة من المرضى حسب احتياجاتهم الفردية.
- تقديم التعليم المخصص للمرضى وعائلاتهم وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم.
