We are looking for a Junior Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager who is fluent in Russian to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will manage and execute social media campaigns, increase brand awareness, and engage with our target audience across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and content creation aligned with the company’s goals. This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with social media analytics and content creation tools
- Creative, proactive, and able to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in social media management (preferred but not essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

المؤهلات
- إتقان اللغة الروسية والإنجليزية (كتابة ومحادثة)
- معرفة قوية بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي واستراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي
- خبرة في تحليل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي واستخدام أدوات إنشاء المحتوى
- مبدع وذو رؤية خارج الصندوق
- مهارات تواصل وتعاون ممتازة
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية
- خبرة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (مفضل ولكن ليس ضروريًا)
- شهادة بكاليروس في التسويق أو الإعلام أو مجال ذي صلة (مفضل)
- مقيم في دبي أو مستعد للانتقال
