Job Title: Project Director – Electromechanical Installations
Project: Large-scale urban development in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Lead the electromechanical installation project for a large-scale urban development, ensuring the highest quality execution and delivery.
  • Oversee all phases of the project, including design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all technical specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage project timelines, budget, and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery within the allocated budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate teams of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.
  • Resolve technical challenges during the execution phase and ensure that solutions are in alignment with the project requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering future opportunities.

Required Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical or Civil), Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience in the design and construction of mechanical and/or electrical installations.
  • Proven expertise in on-site supervision, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical systems.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects in the Middle East is highly valued.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in similar roles, particularly in managing electromechanical installations in large-scale projects.

  • Manage all phases of the project, including planning, design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project meets quality standards, is completed on time, and within budget.
  • Oversee site operations, providing direction, supervision, and technical expertise.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, technical specifications, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budget forecasts, and project reports.
  • Address technical issues and resolve challenges promptly to maintain project progress.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

  • قيادة مشروع معقد للتركيبات الكهروميكانيكية في مشروع تطوير حضري ضخم، مع ضمان التنفيذ والتسليم بأعلى جودة.
  • الإشراف على جميع مراحل تنفيذ النظام الكهروميكانيكي وضمان تطبيق المعايير والمواصفات الفنية.
  • التنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان التقدم الفعّال للمشروع.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني والميزانية المقررة للمشروع.
  • الإشراف على الاختبارات التشغيلية وتنفيذ الأعمال الميدانية للأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية.

  • إتقان أدوات إدارة المشاريع والتحكم.
  • مهارات متقدمة في استخدام Excel.
  • معرفة أساسية بـ AutoCAD (معرفة بـ Revit تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

المهارات اللغوية:

  • اللغة الإنجليزية: مستوى C1 كحد أدنى.

مكان العمل:

  • أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يتطلب التنقل حسب الحاجة.

عقد العمل:

  • مباشرة مع شركة GHESA في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. من المتوقع أن يستمر المشروع لمدة 24 شهرًا.
