You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders in the property industry.
- Identifying and securing new sales opportunities.
- Negotiating sales deals and closing sales.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements:

المؤهلات والخبرات والكفاءات الأساسية:

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Interior Design, the Senior Interior Design Manager works closely in leading the design and execution of interior spaces within our luxury residential and 5* hospitality real estate portfolio. They are responsible for developing interior design strategies, guiding design processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Interior Design Manager will collaborate closely with other departments and external design consultancies to seamlessly integrate interior design concepts into overall project designs while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications, Experience, and Core Competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in interior/FF&E design of luxury residential and 5* hospitality projects in the Middle East.
- Strong technical knowledge in project documentation, shop drawings, RFIs, variations, and site coordination.
- Must have previous experience providing professional support for site supervision at the post-contract stage for interior design services.
- Must have prior experience identifying design variations that involve cost and time impacts on the project.
- Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
