CRC (Commercial Real Estate Consultants), part of the Betterhomes Group, are on the lookout for an experienced Recruiter to join our team as the Training and Recruitment Manager.
As a Recruiter:
- Define and implement recruitment policies, processes, and procedures aligned with the company’s vision and legal requirements.
- Source candidates cost-effectively, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including advertising, job descriptions, candidate updates, and onboarding.
- Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and ensure compliance with visa and legal processes.
- Assess candidates’ skills, personality, and attitude to uphold professional standards.
- Build and maintain a professional network with candidates, companies, and agencies.
- Keep LinkedIn and job boards updated, coordinating with marketing for corporate branding.
- Handle additional duties consistent with the department’s mandate.
As a Trainer:
- Enhance employee experiences from onboarding to ongoing development.
- Equip staff with knowledge, skills, and motivation for work tasks.
- Develop and deliver training aligned with company needs and strategies.
- Consult with managers to evaluate and improve training programs.
- Create and update training materials, ensuring relevance and analyzing feedback.
- Maintain documentation, process flows, and generate reports on training activities.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years in Real Estate Recruitment.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience in Commercial or Residential Real Estate (ideal).
- Good problem-solving ability with excellent people skills.
